The most recognizable name fighting at CES 53 didn’t even compete on the main card.

On the untelevised undercard, John Gotti III (grandson of Italian-American gangster John Gotti) stepped into the cage for the third time as a professional.

Filling the Twin River Casino arena were hundreds of fans with blacked out outfits sporting the name “GOTTI." Sitting front row, John Gotti Jr. took pictures with those in attendance – a celebrity of sorts in his own right.

The New York-based welterweight made the walk to the cage greeted by a deafening applause. Standing in his way was his most experienced opponent to date, Combat Club’s Josh Zuckerman.

The fight started, and just moments later, it ended.

Catching an early kick of Zuckerman's, Gotti landed a ferocious right hand, flooring the Floridian. A handful of punches later, and referee John English had seen enough. The fight was waived off just 28 seconds into Round 1 to the delight of the thousands in attendance.

Following the victory, Gotti took to the mic to thank the hundreds of traveling fans.
