People seem to hate interim title fights, but here we are this weekend with two amazing interim title fights on tap: Max Holloway vs. Dustin Poirier and Israel Adesanya vs. Kelvin Gastelum. 

UFC 236 breaks the mold, and we want to continue that tradition. Not only are we talking about the two big fights, but we're counting down the best fighters to never win a "real" belt after having fought for the part-time strap.
